Grapes For Good

Doing a little good with every glass you pour!
Vineyard Road is proud to partner with Zoo’s SA and five wineries from the Langhorne Creek region as part of the Grapes for Good initiative.

Together with Kimbolton Wines, Bleasdale, Bremerton, Lake Breeze and The Winehouse we have come together to create a unique mix of wines and food tasting experience to support our conservation efforts with part proceeds from these wines supporting Zoos SA’s conservation mission at Monarto Safari Park.

Vineyard Road have selected this Premium Shiraz to support the Meerkats because, like the Meerkats, it's near impossible not to fall in love with a well-made Shiraz. You'll be pressed to find someone who dosn't love Meerkats. They are social, full of personality and a little bit cheeky – just like our team at Vineyard Road!

A reliable red to be enjoyed with your favorite partner in crime. Knowing you're supporting Zoos SA's conservation works makes it even more enjoyable.

'Grapes for Good' is proof that wine can be a for for good. Every drop can go a little further and make a real difference.

Join us for the Grapes for Good Tasting Trail!

Taste your way through the Grapes for Good wine.

The tasting trail lets you enjoy a specially prepared dish paired with each of the unique Grapes for Good wines.

This experience is self-guided, we recommend spending the entire day in Langhorne Creek as the food and wine pairing has been created to provide a progressive experience spanning from 10am - 4pm.

For example when you visit us at Vineyard Road you will enjoy the Premium Meerkat Shiraz and a delicious Belgium Chocolate tasting plate from Fleurieu Chocolate Company.

When you book the trail or buy our Meerkat Shiraz you’re supporting Zoos SA’s conservation work.

Bonus: when booking the trail you will receive an entry voucher to Monarto Safari Park, South Australia’ #1 Tourist Attraction and the largest safari experience to exist outside of Africa.

Transport: is not included in this experience. We suggest you allocate a designated driver as the wineries will provide a non-alcoholic alternative to their wines when required.

Guided option: If you would like to consider a fully guided option of this Tasting Trail that includes transport, please click here for details.

Local accommodation:  there are lots of lovely places to stay overnight if you choose. We can suggest Marandoo Estate Homestead for larger groups.
